The details you enter in the form are stored on the server and used to process your enquiry and discuss working together. We do not use them for newsletters or advertising. To request access to or deletion of your data, send a message using the form. The site uses a session cookie to operate and protect the form, and a language preference cookie that remembers your choice for one year. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. When email delivery is enabled, your enquiry and attached photos are also sent to us through our email service. You may receive an acknowledgement at the email address you provide. Enquiries and photos are kept on the server for 90 days and then removed during regular maintenance. Email copies are deleted separately.

We process details needed to prepare a proposal and discuss working together to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other enquiries and protection of forms against abuse rely on our legitimate interests in business communication and website security (Article 6(1)(f)). Authorised company personnel and, as necessary to provide the service, hosting and email providers have access to the data. Fonts load from our own server. To prevent abuse we use time-limited pseudonymised identifiers derived from IP and email addresses.
We use Plus Hosting for web hosting and email. Form submissions are stored with the hosting provider and, when SMTP delivery is enabled, are also transmitted through its email service.
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to our postal address or published contacts. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. Required fields are necessary to handle your enquiry; without them we cannot accept it. Optional details and photos are your choice.
Property enquiries also include the property details and photos you provide. Photos are used to assess your property and discuss working together; submitting them does not publish them publicly.
